Mukesh founded the company in July 2006 with the vision of creating a marketplace where people can design and find unique, innovative gifts and products and where creative people can showcase their designs and make money in the process. Mukesh believes that there is no end to the products that can be custom made one at a time at affordable cost for end consumers. His vision is to continuously innovate and expand the offerings that customers can tailor to their individual tastes. Mukesh has more than 10 years of experience in multiple early stage start-ups in Silicon Valley [NexTag, eWanted, Centrata, newScale] in various product management and development positions. Girish Prabhu
Girish has the overall responsibility for the Online and Engineering functions of Myntra. Prior to joining Myntra he spent close to nine years with Amazon.com. During his time at Amazon, Girish held senior management positions in the engineering team at Amazon delivering on Amazon's key Retail, Marketplace and Global Payments strategies. Prior to joining Amazon he was with Junglee - a Sunnyvale, California start up that was acquired by Amazon.com in 1998 - and Microland, Bangalore. Girish has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology, Karnataka.
Rajesh Krishnan
Rajesh heads the Operations team at Myntra and is responsible for product quality, procurement, customer service and operations for the online business. Rajesh's forte is driving processes and looking for efficiencies in every aspect of his function. He has more than 15 years of experience in the apparel retail and export business in India and has set up green field projects for some of the best organizations in this space. He later managed the entire supply chain operations of some of the prominent apparel retail businesses in India - Madura Garments, Arvind Mills, Gokuldas Images, Indus League and the Landmark Group. Rajesh holds a B.Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Raveen Sastry
Raveen heads the Sales and Business Development team at Myntra. Raveen is responsible for nurturing strategic, long term relationships with different organizations. Raveen is also in-charge of the Myntra's B2B business. Raveen is champion for each organization that Myntra works with and ensures that we understand the organization's requirements and are offering best possible solution that will exceed client's expectations. He has over 10 years of experience in business development and product management across various startups - Xora Inc., IPTouch etc. - in the Silicon Valley as well as in India. Raveen holds a B.E. degree and also has an MBA - Marketing & Finance - from McGill University.
Vineet Saxena
Vineet is responsible for the product team at Myntra. His responsibilities include product innovation, back end operations for automating customer fulfillment, establishing supplier relationships and improving end to end product quality. Vineet works with team of global sourcing experts and award winning Product Designers to continuously innovate new personalization products for different segments. Vineet is a subject matter expert in state-of-the-art personalization technologies and instrumental in ensuring that Myntra is always on the cutting edge of this field. Over his 10 year career Vineet has gained expertise in building highly scalable and secure systems and founded the Performance Excellence Center at Tavant Technologies. Vineet holds a B.Tech. degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
Ashutosh Lawania
Ashutosh drives the Online business of Myntra and is the custodian of the Myntra website. His responsibilities also include developing and scaling up the Myntra designer community to encourage active participation of designers in the Myntra marketplace. Ashutosh has 10 years of experience in multiple services organizations where he has developed and managed various complex projects. Ashutosh puts his heart in the software that he builds and has a proven track record of execution and bringing out the best from his teams. Ashutosh holds a B.Tech. degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
Kaushal Mishra
Kaushal is responsible for driving the Marketing strategy for the company. Kaushal's mandate is to establish Myntra as the leading brand in the personalization space in India. Kaushal works with the various business functions to define and execute the respective marketing plans and drives the initiatives for Market Research, PR and marketing campaigns. Kaushal is a Post Graduate in Communications from MICA - Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad - and has held various Marketing and Communications positions at the Landmark Group - International Brands, Bharti Airtel and JWT.
S S Venkatesh
Venkat is the National Sales Head for the Myntra Corporate Sales Team. Venkat has overall responsibility for all the regional sales teams and has the mandate to develop India's top Sales team in corporate gifting. Venkat understands the corporate gifting requirement very well and the wealth of knowledge and experience to service Venkat was previously head of Corporate Gifting at Staples, India and before that he was branch head for eOfficePlanet. He has over 12 years of sales experience with various stints in corporate gifting and Corporate sales.
Sankar Bora
Sankar is one of the co-founders who has played multiple roles in the company in Sales and Operations. At present, Sankar is spear-heading the new Retail initiatives with the mandate to establish nationwide presence for Myntra in various offline formats. With his diverse experience at Myntra, Sankar has practically done everything and is relishing his role in developing a new channel for Myntra. Sankar has over 9 years of experience as Project Manager and Technical Lead at Tavant Technologies and Trigyn Technologies. He holds a B.Tech degree from REC, Calicut.
Prabhakar Sunder
Prabhakar is the Finance Controller at Myntra responsible for establishing and managing systems, controls and processes for all Finance and Accounting aspects of the business. Prabhakar is a certified Chartered Accountant and has over 9 years of experience in firms such as Deloitte & Touche, Price Waterhouse, Boston Avenue Capital and Southside Group of companies. During this time he has donned multiple roles ranging from Consultant, Auditor, Analyst and Finance Manager.
Rajat Shikhar
Rajat is responsible for Lead Generation and systems support for Sales team. Rajat is building the backbone that is being leveraged by sales team to rapidly scale the institutional business. Using his strong analytical and systems background, Rajat is uniquely positioned to build and implement systems and processes required to scale this channel for Myntra. He is an active alumni of the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee and the Indian Institute of Management, Indore.
