Here is the proof that we do read all those mails you send us. Many of you had requested for Cash on Delivery and Cheque Payment to be enabled on the website and even though it costs us a bit of overhead in terms of money, time and effort; we have decided to go ahead with the same. If you do not own a credit card or a netbanking account, you can opt for cash on delivery or cheque payment. Amit, you don’t need to go to your next door neighbour anymore to make a payment on our website. Of course, if there are other reasons for doing so, we won’t stop you

The other good news is that after a chain of mails and phone calls to CCAvenue, we have finally been able to activate payments through Mastercard. These Mastercard guys go through a long verification process before approving any new company. However, I am still not too sure about this ‘process’ they create such a hue and cry about. After a few months of filing our application, they just sent a guy to our office who didn’t even come inside. He asked one of us if it was Myntra’s office, made a small note in his notebook and went away. Another couple of months later, we got the approval. I am sure they must have spent this time doing some background checks, let’s hope they didn’t learn more than what was necessary. A few of us are married and would like to stay that way.
