Why has Myntra shut down its website and m-site?

How do I cancel the order I have placed?

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped from the warehouse. If the item has already been shipped you can refuse the product during delivery. You can track and cancel your order here

How can I withdraw money from “My Cashback” account?

Cashback will be credited to the payment source – debit/credit card from which the payment was made for pre-paid orders or via NEFT in case of COD orders. For cashback accrued from COD orders in “My Cashback”, please write an email to support@myntra.com from your registered email address along with your bank account details (Name of the bank, bank account number, bank customer name, IFSC code, account type - savings or current) and we will transfer your cashback into your bank account.

I don’t have access to my registered email address. How can I withdraw money from “My Cashback” account?

Please call us at +91-80-43541999 and our customer care executives will help you. We will call back on your registered phone number with us to authenticate your identity before transferring your cashback to your bank account.

I have accumulated Myntra Points in my account. How can I redeem them?

To redeem Myntra Points, you will have to continue shopping with us on the App. In case, you don’t have access to the App, don’t worry, your Myntra Points are safe with us, whenever you download the App in future.

Order Tracking, Shipping and Delivery

What is Myntra's Shipping Policy?

We strive to deliver products purchased from Myntra in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. If this is your first order with Myntra, shipping will be completely FREE. Also, for all the subsequent purchases of Rs. 999* or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. A shipping charge of Rs. 99 will be applicable to all orders under Rs. 999.

  • If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges.
  • If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded. However if you self-ship your returns, you will be reimbursed based on Myntra's Returns Policy.

*Order value is calculated after applying discounts/Vat or any other applicable charges.

How do I check the status of my order on Myntra Mobile App?

Please tap on “My Orders” section on the main menu of the app to check your order status.

How can I check if Myntra delivers to my PIN Code?

You can find out if Myntra delivers to your PIN Code using the courier serviceability tool located below the “Buy Now” button on the product page. Please tap on “Check Delivery options” and enter your PIN code into the tool to get the information relating to serviceability in your area, standard delivery time and if Cash on Delivery is available for the order selected. The PIN codes serviced by us are frequently updated, so if we do not deliver to your PIN code today, please come back and check to see if this has changed.

How are orders placed on Myntra delivered to me?

All orders placed on Myntra are dispatched through our own courier service - Myntra Logistics, or through other courier partners such as Blue Dart or any other courier partner of Myntra.

Does Myntra deliver products outside India?

No. At this point, Myntra delivers products only within India.

How can I get my order delivered faster?

We offer two faster delivery options to ensure guaranteed and faster delivery of your order: Same Day Delivery and Next Day Delivery If you place an order by choosing the Same Day Delivery option before 11 AM then we guarantee the delivery of your order by end of same day. However, the same shall not be applicable in event of any government holidays and/or any event not in control of Myntra. If you place an order by choosing the Next Day Delivery option before 7 PM then we guarantee the delivery of your order by end of next day excluding any government holidays and/or any event not in control of Myntra. These services are offered for selected cities and items. If the Same Day Delivery and the Next Day Delivery options are available for your order, you will see these option displayed when you select the delivery address for your order.

Same Day Delivery:-

  • Order placed before 11 AM today will be delivered by end of same day including Sundays, however, excluding any government holidays and/or any event not in control of Myntra.

  • Availability: Available for orders above Rs. 999 in Bangalore, Delhi, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, Gurgaon and Noida.

  • Charges: Rs. 1 (Just for festival season, Rs. 199 otherwise)

Next Day Delivery:-

  • Order placed before 7 PM today will be delivered by end of next day including Sundays, however, excluding any government holidays and/or any event not in control of Myntra.

  • Availability: Available for orders above Rs. 999 in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Noida and Pune.

  • Charges: Rs. 98

Standard Delivery:-

  • Delivery typically in 2 to 7 days. Please check the product details page for pin code-specific times.

  • Availability: All serviceable locations.

  • Charges: FREE for orders above Rs. 999. Rs. 99 per order below Rs. 999. If it is your first order, shipping will be completely FREE.

In case due to any circumstances we fail to deliver the SDD or NDD order on time, we will refund the SDD/NDD charges.

Cancellations and Modifications

What is Myntra's Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel an order until it has been processed in our warehouse by going to the 'My Orders’ section under the main menu of the app. This includes items purchased on sale. Any amount you paid will be credited back into your Myntra “My Cashback” account in the form of Cashback.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes. You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by contacting our customer support team at +91-80-43541999.

How do I cancel my Order on Myntra Mobile App?

Tap on “My Orders” section under the main menu of your app and then chose the item you want to cancel

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

If you have selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive a refund in your Myntra “My Cashback” account immediately after your order has been cancelled. If you have made your payment using a Credit Card, Debit Card, net banking or Wallet and would like a refund to your source account, please get in touch with our customer support team by using the contact us section on the main menu of the app.

Returns

What is Myntra's 30 day Return and Exchange Policy? How does it work?

Myntra's 30 day returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on Myntra for any reason within 30 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. In case of Returns, you will have the option to transfer the money into your Myntra “My Cashback” account or your own bank account. There are two ways to return the product to us:

  • Pick up: In most locations we offer a free pick up service for your return. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request.
  • Self-Ship: If we don't offer a pick up at your location, or if you prefer, you can ship an item back to us. In such cases, we will credit the shipping costs to your “My Cashback” account provided the product meets the return policy and you have shared an image of the courier receipt with us.

Once we pick up or receive your return, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and if the product passes our quality check we will credit the amount you paid for the products as cashback into your Myntra “My Cashback” account or your Bank Account depending on the refund mode chosen while creating a return. If the picked up product does not pass the quality check we shall return it to you. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange. If you choose to exchange an item, our delivery representative will deliver the new item to you and simultaneously pick up the original item from you. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain a cash-back refund and purchase the new item separately.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

  • Certain innerwear, cosmetics, socks, deodorants, perfumes cannot be exchanged or returned. The list of such items includes:

  • Briefs, Shapewear bottoms or any lingerie set that includes a brief

  • Swimwear

  • Mittens, Socks and Wrist-Bands

  • Due to their intimate nature, we handle returns and exchanges for innerwear, sleepwear and lingerie items differently:

  • Only self-ship return allowed for such items, the pickup facility will not be available

  • These items cannot be exchanged

  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box as well and returned), and should not be broken or tampered with.
  • Only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size. Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an exchange by our logistics team.
  • In case you had purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the item, maximum of Refunds/Free item MRP will be debited until the satisfactory receipt of all free gift(s)/offer item(s) that are shipped along with it.
  • If you self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
  • If you self-ship your returns, your shipping costs would be reimbursed subject to your return having met our Returns and Exchange Policy and the image of the courier receipt is shared by you and validated by us.

To return a product to Myntra, please follow these steps:

You can return almost all products purchased from Myntra within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • Create a 'Returns Request' by going to “My Orders” section of Myntra mobile app. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the 'Return’ button. Please make a note of the Return ID that we generate at the end of the process.
  • Please write the following information on a sheet of paper and place this sheet along with the item into the package:

  • Order No

  • Return Id
  • Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us: You can choose to schedule a pick-up of your order or self-ship your return to us.

  • We offer pick-ups of your return in select locations - this option will be available to you when you submit your return online.

  • If return pick-up option is not available at your location you can self-ship to us

Pick-up: If you select to schedule a pick-up, please place the product in a packet but do not seal it. Please include the product along with the tags and the packaging material that it came and the aforementioned sheet of paper (stating the Oder No. and Return ID) in the package. Leave the packet ready and open to expedite the return pickup. Our staff will initially examine the product at the time of pickup and a further quality check of the product will be conducted at our Distribution Center. Once your product has been approved by our quality staff we will credit your “My Cashback” account with refund.

Self-ship: In case you are not eligible for the “Pick-up” mode then please select the “Self-ship” return mode, wherein you should pack the product in its original package along with the accompanying tags and the aforementioned sheet of paper. Kindly address the package to the address of the delivery center closest to you. We have listed out the addresses of the delivery centers in another section on this page.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse. At any time, you can track the status of your return request by going to the “My Orders” section under the main menu of the app.

NOTE: NO PRODUCTS SHALL BE ACCEPTED IF THE WARRANTY CARD IS MISSING WHILE RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF THE PRODUCTS.

How do I place an exchange request on Myntra?

If you would like to exchange some products purchased from Myntra, please follow these steps:

  • Create an exchange request online. You can exchange any product purchased from Myntra within 30 days of delivery by going to the “My Orders” section under the main menu of the app. Please select the item you wish to exchange. If your address is serviceable for exchange you will be able to proceed and generate an exchange id. Please note down your exchange id for future reference

  • Place the product in a packet but do not seal it. Please include the product along with the tags and the packaging material that it came with.

  • Hand over the original product to our delivery staff and receive the exchange item from him. Please ensure that you have the original item available with you at the same address which has been selected for delivery of the exchange item.
  • At any time, you can track the status of your exchange requests by going to the “My Orders” section under the main menu of the app.

How long would it take me to receive the refund for my return?

We take 3 business days from the date of receipt of the goods at Myntra to initiate a NEFT transfer or 7 to 10 business days if it is an online refund after the returned item has reached us. Therefore, the refund time really depends on the time it takes the courier company to deliver the packet to the returns processing facility. In case it is beyond the above, please send us the details when the order was placed and we will expedite the refund. Myntra may at its sole discretion, in case of any discrepancies, ask you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.

How do I return multiple products from a single order?

If you are returning multiple products from a single order, you will receive a separate Return ID and email for each item. However, you can ship all the products delivered in a single order in a single shipment. Please include the Return IDs for all the products in a single sheet of paper.

Does Myntra pick up the product I want to return from my location?

Currently, we pick up returns only from selected PIN Codes. If your delivery location is serviceable, you will be able to see and select the pickup option when you create a Return Request on Myntra Mobile App.

  • We will pick up the return within 7 business days of you placing the request.
  • Please keep the return shipment ready.

How can I Self-Ship the return myself to Myntra?

If your pin code is not covered by our pickup service, you will need to self-ship the return item by courier. On returning the product in the self-ship mode, please ensure to send the return package along with a sheet of paper sheet (quoting the Order ID and the Return ID for each item included in the package), to the nearest returns processing facility. For all self-shipped returns, you will be duly reimbursed the shipping costs. Therefore, please ensure that the courier bill/receipt (scanned copy) should be submitted to support@myntra.com along with the order details (Order ID and Return ID) for availing the requisite reimbursement. The courier bill/receipt should satisfy the following conditions to be processed successfully:

  • It should capture the weight of the return package and the number of items present in it.
  • You need to mention your place address, destination address, shipment date, amount and other details legibly.
  • The information on the receipt should NOT be edited/over-written.
  • The courier charge (amount mentioned on the receipt) should not overshoot the Sender-Destination-Service combination and shall be cross checked with the courier company.

    This is subject to your returns being inspected and successfully processed upon receipt at our end.

Where should I self-ship the Returns?

You can send the return to any one of the following returns processing facilities depending on your location. Kindly do not send it to on any other address as the package would not be acceptable then.

How can I pay for my order at Myntra?

We support the following payment options at Myntra:

  • Cash On Delivery (available in select pin codes)

  • Credit Card

  • Debit Card
  • Net banking
  • Gift Card

How does the COD (Cash on Delivery) payment option work?

Cash on Delivery allows you to pay for your order with cash at the time of delivery. Myntra offers Cash on Delivery option for all orders between Rs. 299 and Rs. 20000 for most delivery addresses. To place an order and pay for it using Cash on Delivery (COD), please select the 'Cash On Delivery' option on the payment page.

Why can't I see the COD option on my payment page?

If you do not see a COD option on your payment page, this may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • Your order value may be below Rs. 299 or over Rs. 20000.
  • Our courier partners may not support the Cash on Delivery option for your delivery address.
  • You may have placed another order using the COD option which is pending delivery. If the amount of this order when added to your current order exceeds Rs. 20000, then the COD option will be disabled temporarily.

What should I do if my payment fails?

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment still fails, you can use the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option on the payment page to place your order. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 business days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

I am being charged a VAT amount on my order. What is VAT?

Value Added Tax (VAT) is an indirect tax under the Indian taxation system which is levied, based on consumption, by state governments. VAT will have to borne/paid by the ultimate consumer of the product.

How is the VAT amount decided?

Following rules will govern whether or not an additional VAT will be applicable on the products purchased by you:

  • VAT applicability: For a product, if the total discount percentage is more than 19% of MRP, then VAT maybe collected from customer. This includes discounts resulting from special offers such as Buy 1 Get 1 and similar offers.
  • VAT amount: If applicable, the amount of VAT collected from customer depends on category:

  • Apparel/Clothing: Max 5% of net payable (MRP - product discount - coupon discount) will be collected from the customer. The balance VAT amount payable to government will be borne by Myntra.

  • Footwear and Accessories: Max 12.5% of net payable (MRP - product discount - coupon discount) will be collected from the customer. The balance VAT amount payable to government will be borne by Myntra.
  • Other Categories: Customer doesn't need to pay any VAT.

If I return/cancel the purchased product will the VAT amount charged be refunded?

Yes. If you return the product the applicable VAT amount will also be refunded to your Myntra “My Cashback” account.

Coupons and “My Cashback”

How do I apply a coupon on the Myntra Mobile App?

You can apply a coupon on cart page before you place an order. The complete list of your unused and valid coupons is available under “Coupons” tab in the Myntra Mobile App.

What is “My Cashback”? How do I redeem it?

“My Cashback” is your store credit with Myntra that can be used to pay for purchases on Myntra. You get cashback when you return items to Myntra/cancel prepaid orders. You can redeem your “My Cashback” on the Payments page. You can check your cashback balance under “My Cashback” in the Myntra Mobile App.

I was given a coupon when you cancelled my last order. How can I use it?

When a seller initiates a cancellation, customer is provided goodwill coupon as a token of apology. To use your coupon, you will have to continue shopping with us on the app. In case, you don’t have access to the app currently, don’t worry, your coupons are safe with us. Whenever you download the app in future, you will be able to use the coupon (unless it has expired).

What is discount capping on coupons?

For certain products there may be policies restricting maximum discount (including product discount and coupon discount) to a fixed percentage of product MRP. In such cases, the discount on certain coupons might get capped. Please check Cart for final coupon discount value applied.

I have accumulated Myntra Points in my account. How can I redeem them?

To redeem Myntra Points, you will have to continue shopping with us on the app. In case, you don’t have access to the app, don’t worry, your Myntra Points are safe with us, whenever you download the App in future.

Gift Cards

How do I purchase a Myntra Gift Card?

Unfortunately we have discontinued purchase of Myntra Gift Cards directly on our Myntra Mobile App. However, you may receive a Myntra Gift Card from third parties and you can shop with us using them.

I just received a Myntra Gift Card. How do I use it?

You can redeem the Gift Card on the “Payment” page. You need to simply enter the gift card number and the pin sent to you, on the “Payment” page, under the “Gift Card” tab while making the purchase.

What should I do if I have not received the mail that contained a Gift Card?

If you have not received the Gift Card, please contact the sender and ask him to resend the Gift Card. The sender can resend the copy of the email received while purchasing the Gift Card.

Do Myntra Gift Cards expire?

Yes. Unless redeemed, Myntra Gift Cards will expire.

How do I cancel a Gift Card?

You should contact the business provider or establishment who you purchased the Gift Card from, to cancel it.

How many Gift Cards can be used in one transaction?

If you have received a Gift Card, you are eligible to use only one Gift Card in one transaction.

Gift Wrapping

Can I use Myntra to send gifts to others?

Yes, you can use Myntra to send gifts to others. For an additional charge of Rs. 25, you can choose to gift wrap your order by selecting the option in your shopping bag. Your gift will also include a personalized message from you.

What payment methods can I use to pay for a gift order?

You can use any payment method that Myntra supports, except Cash on Delivery. You can also use your “My Cashback” balance to pay for the order.

Will the pricing, discount and payment information be displayed on the package sent to the recipient?

No. The external packaging slip/invoice will not include any pricing, discount, or payment information. However, the original product tag with the MRP will be intact on the products inside the package.

Can I apply a coupon or discount on the gift wrapping charge?

No. Discounts and coupons are not applicable on the gift wrap charge.

Who can return the gift?

Both the sender and the recipient can put in a request to return the gift item. The sender can return an item by visiting the “My Orders” tab on the Myntra mobile app. The gift recipient can call our customer support to return a gift item. The refund amount will be credited to the sender's “My Cashback” account. Please note that when you return an item, the gift wrap charges are not credited back.
