Requirement
IIM-B conducts an annual fest called Unmaad. This fest gets a wide attendance from colleges around the country. This year IIM-B was looking for some way to get the buzz going even before the event started. They wanted all participants to start thinking about the event so that when the event starts they would be all pumped up and raring to go.
Solution
Myntra gave the suggestion of hosting a private design contest around the fest.s theme- .Unmaad- the tenth emotion.. We created a private contest page for IIM-B which the festival committee communicated to all the participating colleges. The response that we received was beyond our wildest imagination. Leveraging the creativity of the participating students, we helped come up with a design capturing the essence of Unmaad that was printed on 600 t-shirts and was distributed to all participants.

The design contest successfully created the buzz and increased the participation of the students. It helped in unveiling the hidden talent of the students and the different dimensions of their creativity- something that one would typically never associate with business students.

The HR department at Proteans wanted to express their appreciation towards their employees for all the hard work they had put in for the phenomenal growth of the company. Instead of common gifts, they wanted something very innovative and personal as they wanted to convey their acknowledgment of each individual.s contribution.
Solution:
The HR department at Proteans chose Myntra.s customised gifting services to help them with the solution. They wanted us to come up with a design template that captured the essence of Proteans achievement. We understood the requirement and designed the templates accordingly. The finalized template was printed on ceramic mugs, personalized with each employee.s name on different mugs.
